SHIPPING POLICY 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship to North America, Canada and United Kingdom.  All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost. We cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.

Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.

All orders will be shipped via USPS International Mail and then delivered by your local post office or other carrier. Tracking information is not available. Delivery can take up to 2-4 weeks.

ESTIMATED PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME

Most orders are shipped the same or next business day after the order is placed. Most packages in the contiguous US will arrive in 2 to 5 business days.  Items will be shipped via USPS Mail or UPS Ground based on size, weight and destination.  We can only ship to a PO Box via USPS Mail.

 

MULTIBLE ITEMS & ORDERS

If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. This enables us to deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible.  Items which ship from the same location are typically grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know when and how much of your order has shipped. Included will be a tracking number.

 

PROCESS & HANDLING

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. 
Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).
