Designed for the more subtle technique of "Slow Pitch" jigging where the jig is deployed much slower and more deliberately. It is a vertical jigging technique that has gained in popularity in Northeast, Southeast and Gulf fisheries. The thin profile blank, with a smaller diameter, delivers a sharp action and serves to better control the jig.
