Lift: Lift is a major aspect when battling large pelagic. The main goal is to get the fish to the boat as quickly as possible, but without pulling hooks. The carbon core that these rods possess, is what contributes to the superior lifting power. Physically, carbon outperforms any other traditional fiberglass/graphite composite blanks out there. It truly can not be touched!

Pulling Hooks: The days of using a broomstick of a rod are over. The stiffer a rod is, the more hooks you will likely pull. We have spent over 3 and half years finding the perfect balance of stiffness and softness to yield a blank that won't pull hooks but muscle a fish to the boat. As you work your way down from the nice light tip of the rod, the mid section gradually gains stiffness and power all the way down to its stout 130 class butt section. The progression of these are of the blank are done so  in a fluid and balanced manner. There are no harsh points, or flat spots on these what so ever. Shock absorption is another focal point when looking at these blanks. As a giant bluefin violently thrashes, shakes its head, or expels harsh movements the XL will observe these movements. The blank will take the harsh energy and not throw it back at the fish.

Rod Roll: Our exclusive XL blanks offer something that almost every rod on the market lacks. Anti-Torsional load properties, derived off of our helix-woven material. What this means is that these blanks will not roll to the right or left when under high amounts of load. When a rod rolls, false load is placed on the roller guides and the line becomes dismounted from the center of the roller. It is extremely unhealthy for the rod, the roll guides, and the line. This is a major contributor to failure.

Longevity: When talking longevity, graphene is our solution. Graphene is a material that is one molecule think, 200x stronger than steel, and harder than a diamond. We have incorporated graphene into out resin during the manufacturing process.

The autoclave processing that we use to craft our blanks created a completely stable, and void free,  resin lean composite that will retain its test curve for years to come. There are no pockets of air in the blank walls that result in mutation/change of the performance of the blanks as well as eliminates any failulars. This process can only be achieved by using multi-million dollar machinery, that most blanks manufactures lack.

Ideal reels to pair:
